This offering presents an opportunity to invest in a well-located retail center in a growing area with strong demographics. Manor has become nearly unrecognizable over the past decade. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, its population was just 1,200 in 2000. By last year, the number of residents had climbed above 17,000.
