Malabar Hill Capital’s land development projects involve acquiring land and obtaining the necessary entitlements, such as approvals and permits, before seeking construction financing. One of the key advantages of our approach is that the value of entitled land often appreciates significantly, covering the down payment for the loan. This minimizes the need for additional fundraising. Investors also benefit from any equity generated from the sale of excess entitled land and pad sites.
